QADEER KHAN
PRESIDENT & CEO
As the son of immigrants, Qadeer grew up in the Chicagoland area. His family’s struggles during his childhood, along with strong values of community service, sparked a desire at an early age to change the immigrant experience. After extensively traveling around the world and immigrating to Ireland himself later in life, these desires solidified into a plan to open an organization dedicated to providing employment and education opportunities for marginalized populations. He came back to Chicago, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Social Work and minor in Political Science from Northeastern Illinois University. Qadeer then moved on to complete a Master of Social Work from Dominican University with a focus on international social work, which afforded him the opportunity to complete a field placement in Cisarua, West Java, Indonesia working with the Afghan and Arab refugee communities housed there to address ongoing issues with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). It was during this time that the idea of ResQue International was born. He continues to draw on not only his experiences, but those of others like him to advocate for positive change and grow our social programs as leader of the organization.
JOHN CZAPKOWICZ
DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
John has over 20 years experience working in the social service field, primarily serving individuals with chronic, severe mental illness from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. As a case manager, he has helped numerous people navigate the complexities of government entitlements and healthcare utilization. His time spent outreaching individuals struggling with mental illness and homelessness also involved assisting his clients with accessing community resources and subsidized housing. He has dedicated his career to seeking to help improve the lives of marginalized, underserved people. The grandchild of immigrants, John understands some of the challenges of communication and cultural differences faced by those who have chosen this country as their new home.
KRISTIN KIPP

Kristin Kipp is a Chicago native with a long track record of philanthropic involvement in the city. Over the last two decades, Kristin has served on the Auxiliary Boards for Lincoln Parker Zoo, A Silver Lining Foundation and Midtown Educational Foundation. Kristin is a passionate advocate for equal access to education and dignified healthcare. A 20 year sales veteran, Kristin is currently a Sales Executive for FOX Television Stations/FOX Sports.
MORGAN MURPHY

Having spent nearly 20 years working for the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago, Morgan has extensive experience and a passion for helping those in need of services to better their lives. As the Director of Communications, she utilizes her skills in marketing to raise awareness and enable the voices of the unheard to become part of the conversation. Her parents instilled in her at a very young age the importance of acknowledging that there are countries beyond the United States. From exchange students to extensive time spent in Central and South America, Africa and Europe, she learned the value of understanding other cultures and knew early on that there are many in the world who are living on a completely different playing field and in need of assistance. She is committed to doing just that at ResQue International.

Kc is a Pennsylvania native who moved to Chicago nearly a decade ago seeking a more diverse and culturally rich community. Since embracing the city as her home, she has had the opportunity to work as a surgical nurse in some of the largest and busiest Level I trauma centers in the South and West side communities. Through this work with largely diverse and often marginalized communities, she has fostered a passion for advocating for opportunities for those from all walks of life. It is Kc’s belief that equal access to education, meaningful employment, and healthcare are inalienable rights for all human beings and her work with ResQue International reflects this desire for all to lead a more dignified life.
KENNETH ZOLL
TREASURER
Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Kenneth Zoll graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Public and Corporate communications. After graduation, Kenneth and his parents began a family-owned business manufacturing dental instruments for veterinary and dental practices. He has worked hard throughout the years as the primary sales force to grow the business with clients nationwide. After his parents Karl and Roberta retired Kenneth took over, becoming President and continues to lead a 20-person workforce manufacturing in Niles, Illinois. His years of business expertise and sales make him a great asset to the organization.
RAHEELA KHAN

Raheela is an experienced Behavior Specialist with a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. She is a motivated, conscientious, result-driven, and creative behavior therapist with a background and credentials in Psychology. Raheela is very passionate about working with individuals that have intellectual and developmental disabilities and has committed more than 12 years to the field, developing a strong background in behavior analysis along the way. She is currently working as a Behavior Specialist developing behavior interventions plans for individuals with mental and developmental disabilities.
